General terms


Aqua Security will provide Software Maintenance Services for Aqua Enterprise Self-Hosted Edition (“on-prem”). Support will be provided in the form of update releases to major releases (versions). Customers may decide to apply one or more Update Releases, per the instructions given in the product documentation:

 

The support period will be 18 months, starting from the date of General Availability (GA) of the major release (version). Aqua Security will extend the support period to 24 months for security issues.
