Why the Setup GCP throwing this error- "Error processing the request" when trying to turn it on the ORG-wide setting?

Kindly make sure that you have enabled the Cloud Resource Manager API. This API is normally enabled by default, but some of you may have turned it off.

You can find the API by logging in to the Org Project and then visiting this link: https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/cloudresourcemanager.googleapis.com/overview
