If your account allows users to sign in using their email address but you are unable to recall your password, you may reset it without human assistance.

  1. At the Aqua sign-in page, click the Forgot Password? link. You will be prompted to the Reset Password page. 
  2. Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button.
  3. Click the confirmation link sent to your email from aqua.security@aquasec.com.

If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please look for it in your spam folder or other email filtration system for an email with the subject "Aqua - Reset Your Password".


4. Upon clicking the link or pasting it in a web browser, you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter the new password and confirm your new password by entering it again in the corresponding text boxes. Click the Reset Password button. 


Welcome back! You may now sign in to your Aqua account with the new password.
