Once Aqua is connected to a container registry, you can edit the registry connection and enable scanning to all or parts of the images in your registry.

Enable Vulnerability Scanning (VS)


Enabling Vulnerability Scanning will consume billable units according to your plan allocation.


  1. Go to Registries
  2. Click on the name of the registry you wish to enable
  3. In the Edit Registry page toggle the Vulnerability Scanning option, then click Save
  4. Optionally, you can define rules to control which images will be scanned by defining a Registry Scan Policy
  5. Once the configuration is updated, Aqua is run daily scheduled scans of your registry




Enable Dynamic Threat Analysis (DTA)


Enabling DTA will consume billable units according to your plan allocation.


  1. Go to Registries
  2. Click on the name of the registry you wish to enable
  3. In the Edit Registry page toggle the Dynamic Threat Analysis option, then click Save
  4. Optionally, you can define rules to control which images will be scanned by defining a Registry Scan Policy
  5. Once the configuration is updated, Aqua is run daily scheduled scans of your registry
