The cloud providers have released tools, including Trusted Advisor, Security Hub, Security Center, Config Service, and others that aim to help their users properly secure their accounts. However, these services often require extensive configuration, only exist at the IaaS-account level (i.e. do not provide multi-account views), require manual changes to stay updated, or do not cover an extensive number of services.
