Troubleshooting Integrations
Please use the following instructions to troubleshoot integrations should you experience issues with getting Aqua CSPM connected to your apps.

Test Integration
The first step in troubleshooting an integration is to use the integration test feature. To test:
- Go to Integrations
- Click on the hamburger menu for the Integration you would like to Test
- Select the Test Integration option
- The test results will indicate if there are any connectivity issues
- If an issue is found, you can Retest from the test results screen, click on the Retest button
Scan Notifications
If you integration connection works, but you or someone in your organization is not receiving reports as expected then check your Scan Notifications configuration.
- Go to Integrations
- Click on the hamburger menu for the Integration you would like to Test
- Select the Scan Notifications option
- Three main options are offered:
- Send All Scan Reports: If you or your team members are not receiving any reports and you want to make sure your Integration is ready to receive, select this option and trigger a Scan from the Cloud Accounts screen.
- Send New Risks Only: If you know your integration is working and want to make sure you only receive notifications when a new risk is detected, then turn on this option. Then go to your cloud provider's console and make the necessary changes to trigger a failure (to evaluate how to trigger a failure go to Plugins, and filter your cloud provider and desired service with which you will be testing), then trigger another scan.
- Customize Per-Account: Scan Report notifications can be triggered at the Account level, use this feature to troubleshoot specific accounts by setting them to Send All Reports, and triggering a manual Scan.
Testing Alerts
If you integration connection works, but you or someone in your organization is not receiving alerts as expected then check your Alerts configuration.
- Go to Alerts
- Click on Create New to create a new Alert or Edit an existing Alert using the hamburger menu
- Select the Integration to send the Alert to
- Make sure your cloud account is configured to reflect a the required risk to trigger the Alert (to evaluate how to trigger a failure go to Plugins, and filter your cloud provider and desired service with which you will be testing)
- Trigger a Scan
- Verify you receive the desired Alert
