A scan alert is a notification sent to an integration notifying of a specific result for a specific plugin. For example, you can receive an alert if the plugin "Root Account In Use" enters a warn or fail state.


Account administrators can create or alter an integration.

  1. Log in to the Aqua console.
  2. On the menu on the left, click Integrations to create an integration to any of the third-party integrations that Aqua supports.
    • To create an integration:
      1. Click Create Integration button.
      2. Input the required information per the selected integration.
    • To edit an integration:
      1. On the right side of the integration that is to receive the report, click on the vertical ellipses.
      2. Click Edit Integration
      3. Modify the desired information.
      4. Click the Save button.
    • To delete an integration:
      1. On the right side of the integration that is to receive the report, click on the vertical ellipses.
      2. Click Delete Integration.

Your alteration is automatically saved.


Some plugins will only alert when they "Fail" while other plugins alert when they "Warn" or "Fail".
