Scan report deliveries are notifications that a new background scan has completed. You control where those reports are sent, for the following approaches for delivery.

Options For Report Delivery

Each approach has the following options to configure the reports being sent to it.

  • Send All Scan Reports
    You will receive a notification every time a scan is run for all accounts.
  • Send New Risks Only
    You will receive a notification only when new risks are detected for any account.
  • Customer Per-Account
    You will receive a notification according to the settings detailed below. On a per-account basis, you can select the above options or to not receive reports.
    • Send All Scan Reports
    • Send New Risks Only
    • Do Not Send Scan Reports


Personal Delivery Settings

Configure how you'd like to receive the reports via email when Aqua runs scan reports for your account. These emails are sent to the email address of your account.

  1. In the console, click "My Account" and then "Settings".
  2. Click the "Notifications" tab to reach the "Scan Reports Emails" section, to click the "Customize" button.
  3. Select how you would like to receive the scan reports. Options are presented near the top of this article in the Options For Report Delivery section.

Third-Party Integration Settings

Configure how you'd like to receive the reports via existing integrations when Aqua runs scan reports for your account. 

  1. In the console, click "Integrations" to view the integrations that are currently configured in the account.
  2. On the right side of the integration that receives the report, click on the vertical ellipses and click "Scan Notifications".
  3. Select how you would like to receive the scan reports. Options are presented near the top of this article in the Options For Report Delivery section.
