- At https://cloud.aquasec.com/signin, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
- At https://cloud.aquasec.com/reset, enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
- When you receive an email from email@example.com click the confirmation link.
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please look for it in your spam folder or other email filtration system for an email with the subject "Aqua Platform - Reset Your Password".
- Upon clicking the link or pasting it in a web browser you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter it once in each boy and click the "Reset Password" button.
