If your account allows users to sign in using their email address and you are unable to recall your password you may reset it without assistance.

  1. At https://cloud.aquasec.com/signin, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
  2. At https://cloud.aquasec.com/reset, enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
  3. When you receive an email from aqua.security@aquasec.com click the confirmation link.
    If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please look for it in your spam folder or other email filtration system for an email with the subject "Aqua Platform - Reset Your Password".
  4. Upon clicking the link or pasting it in a web browser you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter it once in each boy and click the "Reset Password" button. 

You may now sign in to your new Aqua account.
