Diagnostics and Updating Connections Overview

Aqua provides a diagnostics tool to test cloud account connections. If a scan report contains "Unknown" results or a scan fails to run, users can use the diagnostics tool to understand why. If there is a misconfiguration of a cloud account, Aqua's Update Connection tool will allow the user to update the connection settings without having to repeat the onboarding process or remove the current account.

Using the Diagnostics Tool

The diagnostics tool is currently only available for AWS cloud accounts
  1. Navigate to the "Cloud Accounts" page.

  2. Select the ... next to the cloud account you wish to edit then select Test Scanner Connection.
